Why John Feinstein is the very best

Somebody had to say it. Why the heck doesn't the last remaining undefeated team in the country have a chance to be the champions of college football? Feinstein -- author, journalist, the man who would cure cancer if words had any physical healing power --  implores the AP Poll voters to buck the system -- the very one they all whine about -- and vote Utah No. 1 this week. His case is compelling. And right. Mr. Feinstein, the floor is yours:

Do what's right. Vote for Utah because the Utes beat every team they were allowed to play and because everything about the BCS is rancid and corrupt. If you are part of the system -- and you are if you go along like sheep and vote the Florida-Oklahoma winner No. 1 -- then you're responsible for the system.

Update: Looks like Feinstein's not the only one trying to get the Utes to No.1 The BCS is bunk, but is it illegal?

Does anyone not want Utah as No. 1? I haven't heard any coaches saying (besides Meyer and Stoops) that Utah should be No. 2/lower?

I mean, that's just fair. They are undefeated, after all.
